NAIRAXI Refund Policy

At NAIRAXI Transport and Logistics Limited, we strive to deliver exceptional luxury car rental and chauffeur services across Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Port Harcourt, and other major cities in Nigeria. Our Refund Policy ensures transparency, fairness, and customer satisfaction while protecting our operational commitments.

 

1. General Refund Conditions

Refund eligibility applies only to bookings made directly through NAIRAXI’s official channels, including our website, mobile app, customer service line, or authorized agents.
Refunds are processed within 7–9 working days after approval.

 

2. Cancellation by the Client

a. Chauffeur & Car Rental Services

100% Refund – If cancellation is made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service time.

50% Refund – If cancellation is made 24–47 hours before service time.

No Refund – If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before service time.

b. Long-term Rentals (Weekly/Monthly)

Refunds are prorated based on unused days, minus a 10% administrative fee.

 

3. Cancellation by NAIRAXI

Where NAIRAXI initiates a cancellation due to unforeseen operational issues:

Client receives a 100% refund, OR

A free reschedule with priority service.

Clients may also receive service upgrade options depending on availability.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed rentals or services already delivered
  • No-show bookings
  • Special event bookings (weddings, VIP movements) after confirmation
  • Outstation allowances, tolls, and incidental charges already incurred

 

5. Service Dissatisfaction Refunds

If a client expresses dissatisfaction due to verified service failure (vehicle condition, chauffeur misconduct, major delay):

NAIRAXI may issue a partial refund, a service credit, or a replacement vehicle, depending on assessment.

Client must report complaints within 12 hours of incident.

 

6. Payment Method for Refunds

Refunds are issued through the original method of payment, including:

  • Bank transfer
  • Debit/credit card reversal
  • Flutterwave/Paystack international payment refund

7. Modification of Bookings

Changes to date, time, or vehicle type are allowed based on availability.
Fare differences may apply, but no modification fee is charged.
